We are very concerned about the number of refugees in Ukraine (over 6.0 million people) and in the world (over 26.0 million people) according to the UN! Our project is designed to help the State and refugees overcome the migration crisis. We propose a new concept of quick-build mini-hotels for refugees and displaced persons, this is the “FreeDom hotel” project. “Social mission” – will ensure free stay of refugees in comfortable conditions for some time, after which the “Commercial mission” begins – which will allow renting out room stock and earning income.

Intelligent adaptive climate control system will control the temperature, and the environmental quality control system will control the levels of air pollution and its purification. The air ventilation system also works in automatic mode. The interior and exterior of the module use environmentally friendly materials and natural wood.
The design of the module is based on a reinforced metal frame of the sea container. Before starting work, each module is tested for radiological and chemical background.
Large module: Length – 12300 mm Width – 2540 mm Height – 2960 mm
Small module: Length – 6150 mm Width – 2540 mm Height – 2960 mm
Control of the main functions of the module is available via smartphone and voice commands. Intelligent adaptive climate control system will control the temperature, and the environmental quality control system will control the levels of air pollution and its purification. The air ventilation system also works in automatic mode.
The powerful metal framework allows to collect from modules safe designs on several floors. The commercial use and payback of such modular buildings is much higher than that of buildings built of concrete.
The module does not require foundations, construction work and can be installed in a few hours on leased land. The dimensions of the module allow simplified transportation by road and standard delivery by sea to any country.
The module has two-chamber double-glazed windows based on aluminum profile (72 mm double-glazed windows), as well as two heat-saving glasses 6 and 8 mm thick.
The water in the module is heated by an electric boiler with a capacity of 9 kW. Warm electric floors have different heating modes.

When placing solar panels on the roof of one module with an area of 80.0 sq.m., the average generation is about 11.0 kW / h. This capacity will be enough for 90% of energy consumption
